How do Floya passes work?

Move around for less

Already loving the €0.50 Villo! rides with Floya? Good news: you can now buy affordable passes for electric bikes and kick scooters from Bolt, Dott and soon Voi! Here’s how it works.

How much do I save?

When you buy a Floya pass, you get an instant discount on your ride. The discount depends on the operator and the pass you choose — and it applies to both unlock fees and the ride itself.

Example: with the Bolt day pass, you get 80% off both the unlock fee and the ride, no matter how long you ride.

What are the options?

Floya passes are only available in the Floya app: it’s an exclusive deal.

Right now, you can buy a 24-hour or 30-day pass for Bolt, a 30-day pass for Dott, and (coming in the next app update) a 24-hour and 30-day pass for Voi.

How can I buy a Floya pass?

Super easy: Floya shows you the available passes automatically when you select a ride with a shared bike or kick scooter.

Just pick the pass you want, confirm your purchase and your pass is active! All that’s left is to unlock your ride and enjoy the discount.

You can also buy passes and see your previous purchases anytime via the “Floya Pass” section in your “Account” tab.

Just going for a short ride? No worries: you can still unlock a vehicle directly and pay per minute or per kilometre, depending on the operator.

Pssst: Add your Bancontact card to your profile for instant 1-click purchases and quick unlocks. If you prefer Visa or Mastercard, 1-click is available after your first purchase with that operator.
