Bikes and kick scooters around you
Did you know you can now see a list of all the vehicles around you in only one click? Selecting your favourite and hopping through Brussels has never been easier! Just click the buttons “Bikes“ or ”Scooters” directly on the homepage – no more zooming on the map when you don’t want the first closest option.
This function comes in really handy if you activated a pass for a particular operator or if you want to compare the prices and the autonomy of the vehicles before you pick one. By the way, if you only want to see certain operators, you can also activate new filters via Account > My filters.
Confirmation before payment
Ever unlocked a vehicle by mistake? You’re not the only one. Multiple users reported this issue, so now a pop-up asks you to confirm your ride.
This helps to avoid mistakes while keeping a smooth payment process for regular users.
Upcoming departures
Your bus is practically under your nose, and yet you don’t see it in the list of upcoming departures? That will soon be a thing of the past! Before, departures within less than a minute weren’t shown because they were considered to be out of reach. But we’ve listened to you and this logic is being modified.
The result? If you’re already at the stop when you launch a search, you’ll soon see more realistic travel times and connections.
