In total, you started more than 4.7 million trips over the past year! Those are all the times you chose to move in BX mode rather than with your own car ❤️
For your itineraries, you mainly chose STIB-MIVB metros, trams and buses, combined or not with another mode of transport.
As to your in-app purchases, you mostly paid for trips on e-bikes and kick scooters, followed by the purchase of train tickets.
Your new features
In 2024, you enjoyed several new features and some useful improvements:
- The integration of the new dropzones
- The integration of Bolt bikes and kick scooters
- The 1-click payment via Bancontact
- The adjusted routes in the event of strikes
- The significant improvements to accessibility, meaning that the app is accessible to a wider range of users
- Bug resolutions and clarification of some options

At the beginning of the year, you were able to take part in a survey to improve the app’s features!
In total, you shared almost 13,500 reviews and comments in the app, helping us to keep improving it. We also replied to your messages sent via the Floya support.
Lots of actions
To celebrate one year of Floya, the most active users won a mobility pack to thank them for their loyalty.
