If you’ve downloaded Floya before, you can reinstall it for free with the Apple Account or Google account you used to download it and go through your account history.

How can you do it?

On iPhone

1. Open the App Store and tap your photo (or the ‘My Account’ button) at the top right.

2. Tap ‘Apps & Purchase History’, then ‘Your Apps’. On an older version of iOS: ‘Apps’ or ‘Purchased’.

3. Tap ‘Not on this iPhone’ and find Floya in the list.

4. Tap the cloud (‘Redownload’).

On Android

1. Open the Google Play Store and tap the profile icon at the top right.

2. Tap ‘Manage apps & device’, then the ‘Manage’ tab.

3. Tap ‘This device’ (called ‘Installed’ in some versions), then ‘Not installed’.

4. Tick Floya and tap the download icon (arrow pointing down).

Once it’s installed, open Floya and sign in with your usual details. Floya isn’t in the list? Check that you’re signed in with the Apple Account or Google account you downloaded it with. On iPhone, the app may be hidden. In this case, open the App Store, tap your photo, then your “name”, “Hidden Purchases” and “ Unhide”.
